- Monthly subscriptions (Weekly Bid Hit List $39 first month then $59/month; Bid Desk $690/month): cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
- Bid checklists ($390 per bid): delivered within 72 hours of order and receipt of the solicitation. If we do not deliver within 72 hours, you get a full refund.
- How to request: email [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
